You are a reporter for the Travel Channel. You will have the opportunity of working with another reporter. Your reporting team travels all over the world to assist your community with learning about past and present cultures. Your job is to work as a team to research and write articles. This broadcast will look specifically at life in Ancient China focusing on the Qin Dynasty (The Great Wall) and Shang Dynasty (the Silk Road).
Your task -
With your partner, explore the websites, videos and information found in the Qin Dynasty Tab and the Shang Dynasty Tab. For each dynasty, you will find questions that you will need to answer on google classroom. You must have the questions done before you can work on your project.
Project -
Once you have completed the worksheets on google classroom, see Mrs. Terry to get your topic. (The Great Wall, the Terra Cotta Army, or the Silk Road) You and your partner will write a script for your Travel Channel presentation, or you can design a Travel brochure, or create a presentation using google slides. Whatever you choose, you must have facts and the impact on the history of China.
